STEP ONE:

Fill out our on-line Design Questionnaire to book a complimentary call. Our designer will be in contact to discuss your project.

STEP TWO:

After our initial call, we will book a design consultation. The consultation includes:

UP TO ONE HOUR, $300

  • Assess your space and its potential

  • Help clarify your style preferences and goals

  • Consider your lifestyle needs

  • Introduce you to the Modern Era Design team

  • Provide an overview of the design process

  • Take inventory of furnishings to be integrated or refreshed

  • Evaluate Designer - Client chemistry

  • Establish a budget and timeline

  • Provide tips for optimizing your Designer value

    (Please note that design work will not be completed during this consultation time.)

STEP THREE:

We will put together a Letter of Understanding for you to review detailing the project scope. If you choose to go ahead with the project, we will credit your $300 consultation fee towards your project.

After approval of the design, our full-service installation team will set up your space, complete with all the details. All you have to do is enjoy the process while we make your space more beautiful.
